Terms of Service

By accessing or using autoairdrops.io or any AutoAirdrops-operated application (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to use cryptocurrency products in your country of residence. You represent that you are not on any sanctions list maintained by OFAC, the EU, the UK, or the UN.

AutoAirdrops provides autonomous software agents that interact with public blockchains and web applications on your behalf. The Service is a tool — not a financial product, broker, custodian, or investment advisor.

You acknowledge that blockchain transactions are irreversible, that airdrop eligibility is determined solely by the issuing protocol, and that token values can be volatile. We do not guarantee any particular financial outcome.

AutoAirdrops does not custody your funds or private keys. You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet, seed phrase, and any credentials used to access the Service. We are not liable for losses caused by compromised wallets, lost passwords, or unauthorized access to your accounts.

You agree to (a) provide accurate registration information, (b) maintain the security of your account credentials, (c) promptly notify us of any unauthorized use, and (d) accept responsibility for all activities under your account.

AutoAirdrops is a free internal tool for Ventureship operators. There are no plans, no tiers, no subscription fees, and no revenue share. Every wallet, every chain, every drop, and every dollar of revenue the agent collects is at zero cost to the operator.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or terrorist financing.
• Conduct Sybil attacks, wallet farming for the purpose of deceiving airdrop rules, or any activity designed to game protocol distributions.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or sanctions program.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service (except as permitted by open-source licenses for our published agent code).
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use the Service to interact with protocols or applications you are not legally permitted to use.

We retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, trademarks, and documentation. Our open-source agent code is governed by the Apache 2.0 license. You retain all rights to your wallet data and any onchain assets.

The Service interacts with third-party protocols, dApps, and websites. We do not control and are not responsible for their availability, security, or behavior. Use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOAIRDROPS LABS, INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) $100 OR (B) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AutoAirdrops Labs, Inc. and its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing support@autoairdrops.io. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that pose a security or legal risk. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware, except where prohibited by applicable consumer-protection law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email and in-app banner at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
